It was just a commendable fit for a lightning trip in Lima with good value considering the price it charged. The staff were always around to assist, which really made my short stay effortless. Just be aware that the noise can get a bit loud in the morning.

Located just a few blocks from the main street, La Casa Del Viajero is a gem in Lima. I loved the spacious double room with a charming balcony that overlooked a lovely courtyard. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast that perfectly prepped me for the day. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I also appreciated how the nearby local restaurants and bars made it easy to grab a bite without wandering too far. However, the shower took a long time to warm up, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the noise from the breakfast area was sometimes disruptive, especially in the early morning hours. Despite this, the overall atmosphere and supportive staff made for a memorable stay.

perfect base for exploring parks and local attractions
I really loved the friendly staff who helped so much during my stay, and the location is amazing, just a few steps from the vibrant Parque Kennedy and a short walk to the beautiful Miraflores Boardwalk that offers stunning ocean views, making it perfect for city strolls.

The shower took ages to warm up, and sound insulation was lacking, resulting in disrupted sleep from the breakfast area noise. For a family of five, the superior room felt cramped without proper cooling, and some plumbing issues made the shower experience frustrating.

The spacious double room features a charming balcony and offers a beautifully clean and peaceful environment. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and public transport. Staff members exhibit a high level of helpfulness, always ready to assist. Enjoyed delightful homemade cakes during my stay, adding a special touch to the dining experience. However, the Wi-Fi connection in the room was inconsistent, and the noise from the breakfast area sometimes disrupted sleep.

Great spacious room with a lovely verandah. Wi-fi was spotty, though.

Solo travelers, a solid choice.
The staff was always there to assist! I mean, one night I got locked out, and they rushed to let me in! It was really comforting to know someone was always around.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it’s still reasonable.

Had a wonderful time with friends! The location is perfect, a few blocks from the main street, and there are plenty of local restaurants and bars nearby. The staff is super friendly and always available to help. We enjoyed breakfast every morning, which was delicious and just what we needed before exploring the ocean and Kennedy’s Park. Definitely recommend this place for its great vibe!
The only downside was that our room was a bit cramped for five of us. We struggled with the heat since there was no air conditioning, and the noise from outside made it tough to open the balcony.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The place is just a few blocks from the ocean and close to local restaurants and bars. The staff was super friendly and always there to help. We enjoyed some great breakfast every morning, especially before our visits to the Kennedy Park and the beautiful boardwalk. Highly recommend staying here for the great vibe and convenience!
The only drawback was that the room was a bit cramped for our group. It was hard to move around comfortably, especially with no air conditioning making it hot at times.
